At that time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Published October 31, 2024 44 ZNEZ REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES HOLT COUNTY, NEBRASKA Holt County is seeking an engineering consultant(s) to provide professional services for a two (2) year period beginning November 1, 2024. This contract may include projects that utilize County, State and/or Federal funding or reimbursement. If selected for a project, the selected Consultant will meet with Holt County to develop a detailed work plan and cost estimate for the primary engineering and/or construction engineering services required.
