Four O'Neill athletes were honored recently when the 2024 Mid-States Softball All-Conference selections were revealed. Among the first team was Brooklyn Cahoy and Rylee Selby. Cahoy rounded out the season with a team-high 30 hits, 18 runs batted in and had a batting average of .411. Selby had 20 hits, 17 runs batted in and had a batting average of .345 on the season. Emerson Mlnarik as well as Loretta Scofield were recognized as honorable mentions. Mlnarik had seven hits, four runs batted in and had a batting average of .159. Scofield had 21 hits, nine runs batted in and had a batting average of .273. The Eagles ended their 2024-25 season with a 14-13 record. They made their way up to Sub-Districts, but were stopped short by a 13-15 Centura team.
