Last week was the Eagle's final game before their Holiday Tournament. They played on Tuesday, Dec. 19 when they hosted Crofton and beat them 50-39. Quarter one propelled the Eagles to a solid position for the start, winning 14-11. In the next, the Eagles were able to take even more control when they beat the Warriors 10-6. Already up by seven points, the Eagles were sitting good so far. The third quarter showed the Eagles had no plans to slow down as they put up 14 while the Warriors were stuck with 12. The final quarter proved fatal to the Warriors when the Eagles took it 12-10 for a clean four-quarter win from the Eagles. Drew Morrow had the highest points with 19, shooting three of eight three-pointers for 38 percent and four of 11 two-pointers for 36 percent. Morrow also had seven rebounds and five steals; Turner Heiss had nine points, four rebounds and two steals; Porter Mathews seven points, three rebounds and three steals; Colton Osborne six points, nine rebounds and one steal; Trevor Alder six points, one rebound and two steals; Ryder Pokorny three points, one rebound and two steals; Evan Kopecky three rebounds and one steal; Grant Dusatko two rebounds and one steal; and Brady Eichelberger one rebound.
