Village of Inman Proceedings (11-07-2024)

Meeting minutes for the regular monthly Village of Inman Board of Trustees held on November 4, 2024. 

The meeting was called to order by Nicole, Chairperson, at 7:30 p.m. Roll call was taken. Board members present were Nicole Campbell, Randy Keil, and Kyle Campbell. Clerk/Treasurer, Paige Willams, was also present. In the audience were Kathy Strope & Lisa Everett.

The current agenda, comprised of the October 7, 2024 meeting minutes, monthly bills, and Treasurer's report were presented. Kyle made a motion to accept. Randy seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried.

Public comment: None

Old business: 

Snow removal: We do have paper applications now, which are available upon request. We have yet to receive any applications. We will continue advertising for this position. 

Duct work: There was a miscommunication with the contractor. The bid was accepted; we are waiting for an updated estimate.

Update on grant application through the Rural Community Recovery Program pertaining to the demolition of the library / green space. Unfortunately, we were denied the grant. 

New business: FEMA & past due Shad's Electric's invoices.

Randy made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Kyle seconded the motion. None opposed. Meeting adjourned at 7:41 p.m.
