Village of Inman Proceedings (10-09-2025)

Meeting minutes for the regular monthly Village of Inman Board of Trustees held on October 6, 2025. 

The meeting was called to order by Scott Baker, Treasurer, at 7:33 p.m. Roll call was taken. Board members present were Michael Murray, Randy Keil, and Scott Baker. Clerk, Paige Willams, was also present. Kyle Campbell and Nicole Campbell were absent. No one was present in the audience.

Board has pre-approved monthly bills prior to meeting. All bills on an autopay schedule have also been pre-approved. 

The current agenda, comprised of the September 8, 2025 meeting minutes & bills/Treasurer's report were presented. Randy Keil made a motion to approve the agenda. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried.

Randy Keil made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from September. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried.

No public comment.

Old business: 

Emme Construction placed bids for the demolition of the library and tree removal. Environmental Services did find asbestos in the library. Randy Keil made a motion to contact Emme's about a quote to remove asbestos, potentially moving forward. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. 

New business: 

Nicole Campbell has resigned as chairman effective immediately. The board unanimously accepted this resignation. 

Scott Baker has attempted to be added to our bank account but we have run into some sort of issue. Paige Williams will go to the bank tomorrow. Without two signatures, checks cannot be sent out.

Scott Baker made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Randy Keil seconded the motion. None opposed. Meeting adjourned at 7:51 p.m.
