The Eagles had a close match with Lutheran-Northeast last Tuesday, but ultimately fell short, with the game ending on a score of 3-2. The Eagles played five sets losing 17-25, 25-21, 18-25, 25-20 and 9-15. Leading the Eagles was Wreece Liewer with 18 kills, one block, 25 digs and one set assist; Olivia Young 12 kills, two blocks and nine digs; Autumn Hilker 12 kills, one block and 11 digs; Ashley Sidak six kills, one block and 16 digs; Haley Schluns one kill, one block, seven digs and five set assists; Keeley Chavez one kill, 19 digs and 37 set assists; Serena Chavez one dig. Two days later the Eagles faced off against the GACC Bluejays, falling again 3-0 in 3 sets. 10-25, 20-25, 24-26. Leading the Eagles this game was Hilker with seven kills, two blocks and nine digs; Liewer seven kills, one block and nine digs; Young four kills, two ace serves and six digs; Bergyn Classen one kill and seven digs; Serena Chavez one dig and one set assist; Schluns one ace serve, five digs and one set assist; and Keeley Chavez five digs and 16 set assists.
