Broncos Trample Gregory & Boyd County

The Broncos traveled to Spencer on Thursday to play in a Tri. 

The girls took on the Gregory Gorillas first which had to be played best three out of five. The girls came out ready to play aggressive serving and consistent passing which led to a quick and fun offense. The girls swept them in three. The final set was a little tougher but they were able to get the job done.

The second match, which followed directly after was against Boyd County. The girls kept playing with aggressive serving and great passing throughout this match and were able to win in two sets. Overall play from the whole team kept both teams on defense the whole night!

Leading the Broncos against Gregory was Reagan Stracke with 15 kills, six ace serves, seven digs and 10 set assists; Addie Ketteler had 10 kills, four ace serves, two blocks, 14 digs and 13 set assists; Addison Steinhauser three kills, one ace serve, five blocks and eight digs; Klaire Ramm two kills; Elly Steinhauser one ace serve and 13 digs; Megan Karo four digs; Cecilia Addison one dig and two set assists; Kyra Tubbs one dig and one set assist.

Stracke once again was the MVP against Boyd County with 11 kills, two ace serves, one block, six digs and 10 set assists; Ketteler 11 kills, three digs and 11 set assists; Tubbs two kills, three digs and two set assists; A. Steinhauser one kill, one ace serve, one block, four digs and one set assist; Ramm one kill; Addison four ace serves and three digs; E. Steinhauser one ace serve and 12 digs; and Karo one ace serve and four digs.
