THE O'NEILL FIRE DEPARTMENT was called to an accident in the Gil Poese Pond on Friday. The driver of the vehicle exited the vehicle while in gear to retrieve something from the back of the auto and was unable to get it stopped before entering the pond. No one was injured in the incident.
