St. MARY'S JACE ROSENKRANS: has his opponent in a hold at the Nebraska State Wrestling Meet in Omaha this past weekend.

"I've been doing this for 20 years and to have a Saturday like we had. 7-0 on the boys side…Grace as a Freshman comes home with a 5th place medal and Paola making history as our first Girls State Champion in history.  We came down here with high expectations– your goal always down here is to finish on the front side of a bracket, but when that opportunity escapes you, you have to chase the next best thing. It's hard to imagine a group doing that any better than this group right here. These six O'Neill athletes we recognized on the medal stand are leaders and champions through and through and we couldn't be more proud of them." Bryan Corkle, OHS Wrestling coach.
