Village of Inman Meeting

• Called to order at 7:30 pm

• Open Meeting Poster pointed out

• Minutes for May 1, 2023:

Sherryl Sawyer made a motion, 2nd by Randy Keil to approve the May 2023 meeting minutes. Aye: Sherryl Sawyer, Randy Keil, Deb Morsbach and Kyle Campbell. Nay: None. Motion carried.

• Tri-County Mitigation Resolution 06.05.2023:

The purpose of the mitigation plan was to lessen the effects of disasters by increasing the disaster resistance of the counties (Holt, Antelope and Knox) and participating jurisdictions located within the planning boundaries by identifying the hazards effected & prioritizing mitigation strategies to reduce potential loss. Kyle Campbell made a motion, 2nd by Deb Morsbach to approve and sign Resolution 06.05.2023. Aye: Kyle Campbell, Deb Morsbach, Sherryl Sawyer and Randy Keil. Nay: None. Motion carried.

• Part time Maintenance:

Randy Keil made a motion, 2nd by Sherryl Sawyer to hire Adam Keil as an additional part time maintenance employee at $25.00 per hour. Aye: Randy Keil, Sherryl Sawyer, Deb Morsbach and Kyle Campbell. Nay: None. Motion carried.

• Village Equipment:

Discussion concerning upkeep, repair and replacing the Village equipment in the future.

• Mosquito Spraying:

Discussion on summer mosquito spraying and notification of when the Village will be spraying.

• Delinquent Sewer bills:

Discussion held concerning delinquent sewer bills, potentially approving a late payment rate and potential sewer shut offs.

• Nuisance Properties:

Discussion held concerning nuisance properties.

• Shamrock Vet Clinic:

The Mobile vet clinic is up and running. Discussions on a possible evening shot clinic for the Village residents to update their pet vaccinations and license their pets within the town.

• Treasurer's Report:

Deb Morsbach made a motion, 2nd by Sherryl Sawyer to approve the Treasurer report as presented. Aye: Deb Morsbach, Sherryl Sawyer, Kyle Campbell and Randy Keil. Nay: None. Motion carried.

• Review bills:

Deb Morsbach made a motion, 2nd by Randy Keil made a motion to approve bills as presented. Aye: Deb Morsbach, Randy Keil, Kyle Campbell and Sherryl Sawyer. Nay: None. Motion carried.

• Due to the July 4th holiday and scheduling conflicts, the Village of Inman is rescheduling the July 5, 2023 meeting to be held on July 11, 2023 at 7 pm in the Inman Community Center. The agenda is kept current in the Inman office.

• Randy Keil made a motion, 2nd by Kyle Campbell to adjourn meeting at 8:36 pm
