Village of Inman Proceedings (08-16-2023)

The Village of Inman held it's regular monthly meeting on Aug. 7th 2023 at the Inman Community Hall.

Board Members Present Nicole Campbell, Kyle Campbell, Randy Kiel, Sherryl Sawyer, Debbie Morsbach.

Josh Grey with Hammer Insurance was present to discuss updating our insurance policy. Debbie Morsbach made a motion to approve seconded by Randy Kiel. All Aye: Randy Kiel, Debbie Morsbach, Sherryl Sawyer and Kyle Campbell. Nay: None. Motion Carried

Approval of Minutes from the July 11th meeting

Debbie Morsbach made a motion to except the July meeting minutes seconded by Sherryl Sawyer. All Aye: Kyle Campbell, Randy Kiel, Debbie Morsbach, Sherry| Sawyer. All Nay: None. Motion Carried

Tri County Hazard Mitigation tabled until Sept. 4th ( Labor Day).

Approval to spend money out of Street Department to bring in material and work on roads and newer equipment. Randy Kiel made a motion to approve seconded by Debbie Morsbach. All Aye: Kyle Campbell, Debbie Morsbach, Randy Kiel and Sherryl Sawyer All Nay: None Motion Carried

Up grading basketball hoops at Community Hall

Department of Transportation Municipal Annual Certification. Kyle Campbell made a motion to approve seconded by Randy Kiel. All Aye: Debbie Morsbach, Sherryl Sawyer, Kyle Campbell and Randy Kyle All Nay : None Motion Carried
