The annual O'Neill Trunk or Treat event will be held this Sunday, Oct. 29 from 2-4 p.m. at the O'Neill Public Elementary school parking lot at 1700 N. 4th. The O'Neill Police Department as well as the O'Neill Fire Department will be on hand with a police cruiser and a fire truck as well as all the other decorated vehicles. There will be prizes awarded for best decorated trunk. Prizes are first place $250, second $150 and third $100 all paid out in Shamrock Dollars.
