Sharon Faye Bailey, 78, of O'Neill, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2024.

As per Shar's request, no services will be held.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of the arrangements.

Shar was born Sharon Faye Booker on Dec. 7, 1945, in Oakland, CA.  

She was married to Donald Stretz from 1962 to 1978, they had two  children Terri (deceased) and Michael.  

In 1979, she married (Richard) Michael Bailey who had three children Kim, Tim and Shelly. Shar and Mike were married until 2019, when Mike passed.  

Shar was a skilled painter, crafter and sewer. She loved fishing with Mike.  

Shar worked at NorthStar from 1998-2018, and always said she “loved her boys.”  

She will be sorely missed by her family and friends, including her nine grandchildren Chrissy, Tim, Tara, Derek, Brooke, Angie, Alexa, Chris and Emily as well as her 12 great-grandchildren.
