Notice is hereby given that Avera St. Anthony's Hospital Transportation System is an Applicant requesting financial assistance from the Federal Transit Act, generally described below:

Description of Project

Purpose of the Project is for operating assistance to purchase a Ford Transit conversion van to maintain a fleet of 5 vehicles in service to O'Neill, Nebraska and surrounding community. The estimated cost of the Project is $70,000.00 funded by $56,000.00 in Federal funds, $7,000.00 in State funds and $7,000.00 in local matching funds.

A copy of the Application for financial assistance of the Project is available for public inspection at Avera St. Anthony's Hospital. Written comments for conssideration will be accepted at Avera St. Anthony's Hospital until August 25, 2022.
