The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder in the lobby of the Holt County Courthouse, 204 N. 4th Street, O'Neill, Nebraska 68763, Holt County, Nebraska, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025:

subject to any and all unpaid real estate taxes, accruing interest and fees thereon, the rights of unredeemed tax sale certificate holders, special assessments, unpaid water bills, easements, covenants and restrictions of record, prior mortgages and deeds of trust of record, leases of record, and rights of any current occupants of the property.
