Sec 77-1315(4), (Reissue 2003) requires that on or before June 6, the County Assessor shall post in his or her office and, as designated by the county board, mail to a newspaper of general circulation and to licensed broadcast media in the county, information regarding the measures of central tendency. 

Absent other notification from the Tax Equalization and Review Commission regarding measures of central tendency concerning assessed values in Holt County, the following statistics are taken from the April 2024, Findings and Orders of the Tax Equalization and Review Commission.

The proposed 2024 Real Estate assessed values have been set. Valuation information about each parcel can be viewed at www.holt.nebraskaassessors.com

If you would like to talk about the proposed value, the Assessor's Office can be reached at 402-336-1624. Emails may be sent to holtassessor.tim@holtcountyne.gov, or you may also come to the assessor's office in person to discuss the matter. 

Change of value notices will be mailed at the end of May. The month of June is when a Property Valuation Protest can be filed to be considered by the Holt County Board of Equalization.
