Parkville, MO — Patricia Cmmins, 85, of Parkville, MO, formerly of O'Neill, died Friday, March 11, 2023 at Northland Care Facility in Kansas City, MO, surrounded by her family.

Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the First Presbyterian Church in O'Neill.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the church in O'Neill. Pastor Linda Lambert will officiate.

Burial will be in the O'Neill Cemetery in O'Neill.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of the arrangements.

Patty, or Pat as she preferred, overcame many challenges during her life but still lived a happy and full life, always enjoying time spent with family and friends who cared for her and always wanted the best for her. 

Pat is survived by her daughter Tracy (Craige) Hopkins of Parkville, MO; one granddaughter Rachel (Josh) Creath of Parkville, MO; one great-grandson Carter Zook; three brothers Lewis Pierson of O'Neill, Charles Pierson of Atkinson and Edward (Betty) Pierson of Ravenna; one sister Darlene Pierson of Woodburn, OR; five step-grandchildren and their families Thomas Michener, Jason Michener, Shane Michener, Ashley Hopkins Pratt and Rachel Hopkins Tozier; and a host of good and faithful longtime friends to cherish the part she played in their lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Emma (Knapp) Pierson, one sister Doris (Edward) Price, two sisters-in-law Mary Pierson and Sandra Pierson and one grandson Reece Keyes.
