After visiting the county assessor, we anticipate there will not be much of a change in our levy for the upcoming school year. The rate hasn't been reviewed/increased in several years and with the current costs of meals, the administration recommends an increase. This will be reviewed at the August board meeting. No action taken at this time. • Option Enrollment Report The Option Enrollment report was reviewed. No action is necessary. • Administrative Reports Mr. Rotherham gave an oral report expressing his extreme thankfulness to the school board, district and community. He and his wife, Edna, have been fortunate to be welcomed by so many friendly members of the community. Mr. Rotherham shared his appreciation and grafetulness of Mrs. Shane, the other administrators, and the ladies in the office for assisting in the transition. • Bills and Claims and Payroll Report A motion to approve the bills and claims, and accept the payroll report, passed with a motion made by Amy Rowse and seconded by Barton Becker.
