However, new board members may voluntarily take the oath before entering into their official duties. Mr. Rotherham administered the Oath of Office for Aaron Sorensen and Mark Thompson. • Old Business • Negotiations The committees met on Wednesday, January 8th. They intend to have a proposed agreement for the February board meeting. No action is necessary. • Pro-Track Mr. Rotherham updated the board on the track status. No action is necessary. • Cyber Insurance Coverage Anson's indicated that we would be able to cancel the coverage at the time that EMC is able to add it to our policy at renewal time. No action is necessary. • New Business President, Amy Jo Rowse, adjourned the meeting sine die for the election of officers at 7:48 pm. Mr. Rotherham reconvened the meeting at 7:49 pm. Board members present were Monica Huber, Amy Jo Rowse, Aaron Sorensen, Mark Thompson, Aaron Troester, and Coby Welke. Superintendent Mike Rotherham called for nominations for President. Coby Welke nominated Amy Jo Rowse. With no other nominations forthcoming, nominations ceased. Roll call vote was taken. • Election of Officers A motion to elect Amy Jo Rowse as board president, passed with a motion made by Coby Welke and seconded by Aaron Troester.
