Omaha — Mary "Carmen" Bentzen, 83, of Omaha, formerly of Butte, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025. Visitation was held Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025 at St. James Catholic Church in Omaha. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 at the church in Omaha with a luncheon and fellowship to follow. Burial will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 in the National Cemetery in Omaha Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School, (https://www.stmarysoneill.org/support) or the Nebraska Nurse Honor Guard, (https://www.nebraskanursehonorguard.org/donate) in Carmen's name. Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler Mortuary & Crematory in Omaha are in charge of the arrangements.
