Kuklis Named NCDHD Director

Heidi Kuklis

North Central District Health Department is pleased to announce their newest Executive Director, Heidi Kuklis. 

Heidi joined the NCDHD team in Feb. 2023 and is already quite familiar with NCDHD as she previously served as the Emergency Response Coordinator for over five years.

Heidi brings a wealth of energy, knowledge, and expertise to the team. She is extremely active in the community, is a member of various organizations and boards, and is committed to the growth of our local communities.

Heidi (Hostert) Kuklis graduated from the University of Nebraska Kearney with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.  Heidi continued her studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and graduated with a master's degree in public health. Please welcome Heidi as she looks forward to serving our district.
