Lincoln — James Kirkpatrick, 86, of Lincoln, formerly of Ainsworth and O'Neill, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023 at High Plains Alzheimer's Special Care Center in Lincoln. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, 2023 at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with a 7 p.m. prayer service. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023 at the O'Neill Methodist Church. Pastors Bob Wynn and Blair Kirkpatrick will officiate. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in the Ainsworth Cemetery in Ainsworth with military rites provided by the Ainsworth American Legion Post 79. Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
