Emergency Manager Deb Hilker was present to update the Board on the communication tower in the Chambers area. Motion by Paxton, 2nd by Breiner, to use the ARPA Funds to subsidize the counties share of the Chambers Communication Tower, this tower will be for emergency and public communication. Motion by Paxton, 2nd by Breiner, to appoint John Harvey as Road Foreman effective April 1, 2022, at $4,483.34 monthly and upon successful completion of 60 day probation will then receive full foreman salary. Motion by Paxton, 2nd by Keyes, to accept the low bid from North Central Automation, Inc for $206,309.00 on the 50x60 3 bay addition to the O'Neill shop as per bid specs. RESOLUTION #2022-6 OF THE HOLT COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PLAN-IN-HAND REPORT APPROVAL Whereas: Holt County (County) and State entered into an LPA Program Agreement for State to assist County in the development and construction of an LPA Federal-aid transportation project; Whereas: A project Plan-in-hand (PIH) meeting was held at the project site [including attendance by a county representative] and a PIH report has been written; Whereas: The LPA Program Agreement requires the County to review the PIH Report and either request modification or approve the report; Whereas: County wishes to approve the PIH as written.
