RESOULUTION #2024-05 OF THE HOLT COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHEREAS, the Holt County Board has received the report of the Holt County Highway Superintendent containing his recommendations as to the vacation or abandonment of the public road. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND HOLT COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, that: A public hearing will be held to consider the vacation or abandonment of the following described public road: 510 Avenue between 869th Road and 870th Road West of the 6th P.M., Holt County, Nebraska on the 16 day of April 2024, at 10:45 A.M. in the Supervisors Meeting Room at the Holt County Courthouse, O'Neill, Nebraska. Notice shall be given as required by law. The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor Keyes, who moved its adoption. Supervisor Frahm seconded the motion.
