The Holt County Board of Supervisors met in Special Session with all members present except Treptow. This meeting publicized pursuant to Section 84-1411 R.R.S. 1943. Notice of meeting given in advance thereof by KBRX radio and the Holt County website: www.holtcounty.nebraska.gov. on December 1, 2023.

Chairman Tielke convened the meeting at 4:30 P.M. and informed the public of the location of the Open Meeting Poster.

This Special Meeting was called to review and consider a Real Estate purchase between Holt County and O'Neill Public School District #7.

Motion by Neiman, 2nd by Paxton, to authorize Chairman William J. Tielke to sign the Real Estate Purchase Agreement between Holt County and O'Neill Public School District #7. Voting Aye: Keyes, Neiman, Breiner, Paxton, Frahm and Tielke. Voting Nay: None. Absent: Treptow. Motion Carried.

Chairman Tielke adjourned the meeting at 4:40 P.M. until December 18, 2023 at 9:45 A.M.
