Garth Ducker

Garth Ducker, 67, of O'Neill died Monday, Feb. 17, 2025 at his home in O'Neill.

A celebration of life service will be held from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2025 at the O'Neill Community Center.

Memorials may be made to the Lynch Community Center in Garth's name.

Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of the arrangements.

Garth Ducker was born June 9, 1957 in Lynch, to Richard (Babe) and Nola Ducker. Garth attended Lynch Public School until he graduated in 1975.

After high school he entered the workforce. He held several truck driving jobs that took him away from his home, but he always found a way to return.

His hobbies were hunting, fishing and mostly spending time with his friends. His real passion was for cooking and smoking meat which he turned into a business called Bar-B-Q Central. The only thing he liked better than cooking was probably eating the food and washing it down with a cold beer.

Garth is survived by his sister Darla (Walt) Lordemann of Greenwood, SC and their two children Josh Lordemann (special friend Kaci) and Nate (Theresa) Lordemann and wife Theresa; his brother Brad (Tammy) Ducker of O'Neill and their two children Brett (Sarah) Ducker and Austin Ducker (special friend Danielle); great-nieces and -nephews; and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Nola Ducker.
