Dick and Sally Wallace of O’Neill are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Wallace to Clayton Lienemann, son of Dave and Beth Ann Lienemann of Pierce. Elizabeth was a graduate of O’Neill Public High School in 2013. She serves as the communications manager for the City of Norfolk. Clayton graduated from Pierce Public High School in 2013. He works for the City of Norfolk Street Division. Clayton and Elizabeth met while shooting together on the Northeast Community College archery club. The couple will exchange vows on Aug. 31, 2019 in O’Neill.
