Devin J. Kilcoin

Tucson, AZ — Devin James Kilcoin, 28, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Inman, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2023 after an accident at work.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023 at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill. Pastor Wes Thompson will officiate.

Burial will be in the Inman Cemetery in Inman.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Devin was born Aug. 1, 1995, in O'Neill, to Marty Kilcoin and Lisa Myers.  Devin grew up around Inman.  

He lived in Las Vegas, NV, where he met his wife Tierra Young. They were married on Aug. 14, 2020. They settled in Tucson AZ.

Devin loved water. He would find any pond, river or lake to take a swim in. Then have a bonfire and enjoy a cold beer. He loved nature and would hit every camping trip, if possible. Devin loved spending his time annoying and loving on his wife. 

He loved every chance he got to spend time with his family. Devin loved meeting new people and making them a friend. Devin was a kind soul with a splash of ornery. 

Devin James is survived by his wife Tierra Young Kilcoin; parents Marty (Kita) Kilcoin of O'Neill; mother Lisa (Chad Rahn) Aldaz of South Sioux City; 14 siblings Alicia Parks, Douglas (Karissa) Sidak, Dawson Kilcoin, Decemberlyn (Shane Becker) Kilcoin, Diezel Sidak, Dylan Kilcoin, Addison Kilcoin, Braelyn Kilcoin, Phoenix Kilcoin, Tallie (Shaylin) Schrader, Alyssa (CJ) Hampton, Jay Foutch, Michael Foutch and Oliver Foutch; grandmother Joyce Myers; uncles and aunts Jody and Randy Morgan, Tracy Kilcoin, Jim and Stacy Kilcoin, Linda Kilcoin, Kari and Coldy Rhodes, Jeff and Beth Shaffer and Tommy Shaffer; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jim and Sharon Kilcoin and Verdel Myers and one cousin Scott Schaaf.
