Old Business: An Estimate was given on the Weed Building. Still tabled at this time. Some areas were pointed out for spraying and watch list.
New Business: Adam Brockman, Nebraska Department of Agriculture, was here to give his report on Holt County Weed Department records. Holt County has one open file, typically to close a record will take three years. Mr. Brockman will need to see improvement in these three years for closure to happen. Reports are all good and points lost are because of the open file. Total score for year was 3325 out of a possible 3400. Mr. Brockman did say Bill is doing a very good job for Holt County.
Byron Wilson will be our summer help this year. Still accepting applications.
