Atkinson — Janet Alpha Butterfield, 87, of Atkinson, died Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025 in Stuart.

Visitation was held Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025 at Seger Funeral Home in Atkinson with a prayer service.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025 at the First Presbyterian Church in Atkinson.

Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Atkinson.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
