Grass Fire Near Chambers Contained By Area Fire Departments

CHAMBERS FIRE - A grass fire spread quickly on Friday afternoon East of Chambers. Local firemen used a back burn to take potential fuel from the fire. The blaze was contained after a couple hours of operations by area fire departments. Chambers immediately called for mutual aide from O'Neill, Ewing and Bartlett to help with the fire being fanned by high winds.
