The Lady Broncos go 1-2 in the NVC Tournament last week. They had a tough draw against a good North Central team in the first round. The Lady Broncos had a tough third quarter and came up short 49-43. Addison Steinhauser had a career high of 25 points. She also grabbed seven rebounds for the Lady Broncos. Reagan Stracke had nine points and five rebounds. Kyra Tubbs had six points, and four rebounds and Addie Ketteler led the team with five assists. In the second round, the Lady Broncos drew a rematch with a tough CWC team. The game went into overtime, but the Lady Broncos came up short with a 36-29 loss. Stracke led the team with 14 points. Tubbs had five points and six rebounds. Ketteler and Steinhauser had four points apiece and Elly Steinhauser led the team with four assists. In the last game of the tournament, the Lady Broncos bounced back with a 45-14 win over Boyd County. The Lady Broncos came out fast and gained a 24-2 halftime lead and never looked back. Stracke led the team with 16 points and six assists. Tubbs had 13 points and eight rebounds. Steinhauser had six points and six rebounds. Allysa Karo had a good game with four points and two rebounds. Cecelia Addison chipped in with three rebounds and two steals and Paityn Sheffield led the team with 11 rebounds.
