Lady Broncos Start Season 4-1

After a tough loss on opening night, the Lady Broncos have rolled off four wins in a row. The lone loss was to a tough Niobrara/Verdigre team by nine points. The girls have put together a great four games winning by an average of 19 points per game. Those wins have been against Central Valley, Bloomfield, Twin Loup and Cody-Kilgore. 

The recent win against Cody-Kilgore was a dominant performance for the Lady Broncos. They had a lead as much as 19. The Cowgirls cut that lead to six at one time but the Lady Broncos got it back up to 19 as the final score was 64-45. 

The Lady Broncos will close out Christmas break with games at Summerland on Tuesday and will host Burke on Friday. 

Reagan Stracke led the team against Cody-Kilgore with 16 points, three rebounds and five steals; Addison Steinhauser had 14 points, four rebounds and two steals; Annie Ludwig 12 points, five rebounds and one steal; Kyra Tubbs 10 points and two steals; Paityn Sheffield six points, two rebounds and one steal; Addie Ketteler four points, two rebounds and two steals; Gracie Kaup two points, three rebounds and one steal and Elly Steinhauser one steal.
