The D2-4 All-District Football team, as voted on by district coaches, has been released. There are two teams and 13 honorable mentions. Team one's offensive is made up of: Gage Hedstrom (St. Mary's); Hudson Hoffman (Boyd County); Taylor Beckman (EPPJ); Brett Koenig (Boyd County); Nick Anderson (EPPJ); Deegan Johnson (Boyd County); Gunner Hoerle (CWC); Carter Nelson (Ainsworth); Traegan McNally (Ainsworth); and Carter Nelson (Ainsworth). Making up the defensive of team one are: Trey Appelt (Ainsworth); Jacob Held (Ainsworth); Aiden Jackman (Ainsworth); Blake Henn (EPPJ); Sam Hemenway (EPPJ); Westin Bauer (Niobrara-Verdigre) Eli Banks (St. Mary's); Dylon Lueking (EPPJ); Hunter Hoerle (CWC); Owen Blumenstock (Ainsworth); and Derris Hansen (Boyd County). The second team's offensive consists of: Morgan Kinney (Ainsworth); Cooper Pokorny (CWC); Jarek Erickson (EPPJ); Cole Swanson (Ainsworth); Isaac Pavlik (Niobrara-Verdigre); Jacob Haburchak (CWC); Ben Barlow (St. Mary's); and Carson Dannenbring (St. Mary's). Their defensive line-up is: Jayden Sheldon (CWC); Dylan Kolm (EPPJ); Cash Sinclair (Boyd County); Cody Wickersham (Niobrara-Verdigre); Gage Thiessen (EPPJ) and Kellen Vesely (Niobrara-Verdigre). Honorable mentions are: Witten Painter (Ainsworth); Chris Fernandez (Ainsworth); Airyan Goochey (Ainsworth); Grady Drueke (EPPJ); Blaine Purviance (Boyd County); Jairo Lazos (CWC) Michael Jesse (CWC); Drake Berg (St. Mary's); Sam Barlow (St. Mary's) Jace Rosenkrans (St. Mary's); Aydan Kloppenborg (St. Mary's); Jacob Motacek (Niobrara-Verdigre); and Cash Wickersham (Niobrara-Verdigre) Ainsworth sent the most players with nine players between the two teams, as well as three honorable mentions. St. Mary's sent four players to the teams and had four honorable mentions.
