Gracie Kaup, Stuart FFA Reporter As the summer break came to an end, FFA members had to slow down and rework their schedule to balance school, athletics, extracurricular activities, work, and SAEs. Fortunately, the Stuart FFA Boosters set up the annual Back to School BBQ Bash to support the members and close out the summer. On Sunday, August 20th, members of the Stuart FFA Chapter and their families gathered at the Stuart Community Park to attend the annual event. To start off the bash, members and their families played an assortment of yard games including cornhole, crossnet, ladder ball, spikeball and even a few relays. After the activities, members and their families were treated to grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, and desserts served by the Stuart FFA Boosters. It was a successful evening filled with positive back to school spirits and heartfelt goodbyes to summer. The Stuart FFA Chapter would like to extend a huge thank you to the Stuart FFA Boosters for planning and hosting the BBQ Bash to kick off the 2023-2024 school year.
