Meeting minutes for the regular monthly Village of Inman Board of Trustees held on June 2, 2025. The meeting was called to order by Nicole Campbell, Chairperson, at 7:30 p.m. Roll call was taken. Board members present were Nicole Campbell, Michael Murray, and Scott Baker. Clerk, Paige Willams, was also present. Kyle Campbell and Randy Keil were absent. Brittany Koenig and Adam Keil were present in the audience. Board has pre-approved monthly bills prior to meeting. All bills on an autopay schedule have also been pre-approved. The current agenda, comprised of the May 5, 2025 meeting minutes & bills/Treasurer's report were presented. Nicole Campbell made a motion to approve the agenda. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Michael Murray made a motion to approve the bills & treasurer's report. Nicole Campbell seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Scott Baker made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from May. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. No public comment. Old business: FEMA/NEMA: We finished our final drafts of paperwork, however, we cannot request an extension for FEMA until we have secured a contractor. We have been advertising. Paige contacted Gentele Construction out of Atkinson a couple weeks ago. They seem confident in their ability to finish the project. We're just waiting for definitive confirmation. SLFRF: Paige has been working with the Manager of Legislative Advocacy & the National League of Cities trying to submit reports to the United States Treasury. She has also requested the Treasury make her the Entity Administrator for the Village. We've been working on this for about a month with no response from the United States Treasury. New business: Brittany Koenig from NPPD here to present Inman's Energy Report. April Lyons submitted a building permit request. Nicole Campbell made a motion to approve.
