Meeting minutes for the regular monthly Village of Inman Board of Trustees held on January 5, 2026. The meeting was called to order by Scott Baker, Treasurer, at 7:30 p.m. Roll call was taken. Board members present were Michael Murray, Randy Keil, and Scott Baker. Clerk, Paige Willams, was also present. Kyle Campbell was absent. Jerry Stamp and Lisa Everett were present in the audience. Board has pre-approved monthly bills prior to meeting. All bills on an autopay schedule have also been pre-approved. The current agenda, comprised of the December 1, 2025 meeting minutes & bills/Treasurer's report were presented. Randy Keil made a motion to approve the agenda. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Randy Keil made a motion to approve the bills & treasurer's report. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Randy Keil made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from December. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Public Comment: Jerry Stamp is interested in joining the board. He is interested in maintaining the street department. The board will vote No old business. New business: Brittney Koenig stopped by to check in. Christmas lights were put up on November 22, 2025 and taken down on January 4, 2026 We will have two board members up for election this year. Meeting minutes sent to GPS Bank. Scott Baker made a motion to remove Nicole Campbell and Deb Morschbach from the account. Michael Murray seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Michael Murray made a motion to add Randy Keil and Scott Baker to the account. Randy Keil seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. There will be a vote held by the board at the February meeting to appoint a new chairperson. Scott Baker made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Randy Keil seconded the motion. None opposed.
