Call to Order at 7:32 p.m.

Board Members present were Nicole Campbell, Kyle Campbell, Randy Keil, Debbie Morsabach, absent Sherryl Sawyer.

Open Meeting Minutes Poster was pointed out by the Chairman Nicole Campbell.

Application for Village Clerk/Interviews.

Gwenda Sterns is the new Village Clerk. Decided by Kyle Campbell, Randy Keil and Debbie Morsabach.

Budget Meeting to be held Sept. 19th at Community Hall Inman at 6:00 p.m. Motion made by Kyle Cambell and Seconded by Randy Keil. All in Favor Kyle Campbell-Randy Keil-Debbie Morsabach. All Opposed None. Motion carried.

CD 18 Month at GPS Bank to be updated. Motion made by Kyle Campbell, Seconded by Debbie Morsabach. All in Favor Kyle Campbell-Debbie Morsabach-Randy Keil. All opposed None. Motion Carried.

Tri County Hazard Mitigation to resume mapping. Motion made by Kyle Campbell, Seconded by Debbie Morsabach all in favor Kyle Campbell-Debbie Morsabach-Randy Keil. All opposed none. Motion Carried.

Purchase of new road drag. Motion made by Debbie Morsabach, Seconded by Randy Keil. All in favor Dabbie morsabach-Randy Keil-Kyle Campbell. All opposed none. Motion Carried.

Treasurer Report. Motion made by Randy Keil, Seconded by Kyle Campbell. All in favor Randy Keil-Kyle Campbell-Debbie Morasabach. All opposed none. Motion Carried.
