As a young girl she was a part of the Community Theater's production of Fiddler on the Roof. Tina was also chosen to be a heart girl for the Carnival of Hearts.

She attended Sunshine Bible Academy her sophomore year, where she was active in volleyball and was a wrestling cheerleader. While attending high school in Spencer she was a Carnival of Hearts candidate, participated in FHA, flag core, showed sheep as a part of FFA and was voted prom queen. One of the highlights of Tina's high school years was a mission trip that she took to Brazil where she worked with under privileged children and helped to build a church. She graduated from Spencer Public High School with the class of 1988. She moved to Norfolk and attended Joseph's College of Beauty and received her degree in cosmetology in 1989.

On Nov. 27, 1990, Tina was united in marriage to Bob Pinkerman in Spencer. Tina and Bob began their married life together in O'Neill. In 1993 they moved to North Platte so Bob could attended college. They had two daughters, Desi and Randi. Tina had a great passion for making those around her feel beautiful. She owned and operated her own beauty shop, "Headlines," in O'Neill for nearly 12 years.

She had a caring spirit and loved spending time with her daughters, husband, family and friends. She also enjoyed reading, cross stitching, playing games, camping and fishing. Tina was a member of the O'Neill Eagle's Booster Club and the Spencer Wesleyan Church. Her greatest passion in life was supporting her children in all of their sports and activities.
