Atkinson — Timothy John Henning, 64, of Ralston, formerly of Atkinson, died peacefully at his home on Saturday, April 26, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the funeral home in Clearwater followed by a lunch at American Legion Post 267 in Clearwater.

A private graveside service for family will be held at the Scottsdale Cemetery in Lynch.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Bethany Funeral Home in La Vista and Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater are in charge of the arrangements.

Tim was born on Dec. 20,1960 in Atkinson. The son of Joe Tabor and Shirli Pacha. 

A proud graduate of Northeast Community College, he pursued a career in heating and air conditioning and served his country with honor as a veteran of Desert Storm.

Tim married the love of his life Doris (Hull) Henning, and together they shared 44 wonderful years of marriage. 

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who found joy in life's simple pleasures - fishing on quiet mornings, golfing with friends, diving into a good book and grilling for his family.

Tim's legacy of love, strength and quiet wisdom will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Tim is survived by his wife Doris (Hull) Henning; his three children Nick (Theresa) Henning, Craig Henning and Jennifer (Andre) Pessini; eight grandchildren Wyatt Henning, Emma Henning, Dezirae Henning, Abigail Henning, Natalie Henning, Logan Pessini, Evylynn Pessini and Liam Pessini; his mother Shirli Pacha; two siblings Jeff (Wanda) Henning and Kristi (Tony) Perry; and his uncle Bob (Brenda) Halstead and aunt Charlotte Christensen. 

He was preceded in death by his father Joe Tabor, his stepfather Cliff Pacha, his grandparents and one niece Amanda Henning.
