The St. Mary's girls' team had some excellent games last week, adding to their already impressive streak of wins.
The girls first game brought them to Creighton to face off with the Bulldogs.
Right from the beginning, the Cardinals were already making a bold statement. They took an early lead of seven points. Quarter two really cemented the Card's position, however. They left the Bulldogs in the dust, 33-8.
The Cardinals only raised their score from there, claiming third quarter by 10 more points. Quarter four ended in a tied 8-8, meaning the Cards took this match in a total landslide.
Leading the Cards was Lorissa Reiman with 18 points, shooting eight of 14 two-pointers for 57 percent, as well as 14 rebounds; Alissa Brabec 18 points and three rebounds; Mya Hedstrom 17 points and 12 rebounds; Annabelle Barlow seven points and four rebounds; Gracie Williamson seven points and three rebounds; Hope Williamson five points and four rebounds; Emerson Mlnarik two points; and Lily Bauer two rebounds;
