Robert R. Wilson Robert Rex Wilson, age 61, of Conway, AR, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2011, at Conway Regional Health System, from complications of ALS (Lou Gehrig Disease). Robert's body was donated to UAMS for ALS research. There will be a private memorial service held at a later date. He was born May 18, 1950, in Burke, SD, to the late Dr. Rex Wilson and Ruth (Hanlon) Wilson. He was a graduate of O'Neill High School and attended Peru State College at Peru. Rex was a respiratory therapist for several years in Nebraska and later was a cable splicer for Klaasmeyer Construction Company of Conway, He is survived by his sisters, Joan Klaasmeyer and her husband Gene of Conway and Pat Hurley of Carl Junction, MO; brothers, Dick Wilson and his wife Li of Seattle, WA and Mike Wilson and his wife Pam of Whidbey Island, WA; nieces and nephews, Kelly Klaasmeyer and her husband Robb Walsh of Houston, Texas, and their children, Joe and Ava, Corey Klaasmeyer and his wife Anna of Denver, CO, and their children, Sol and Lucero; Molly and Cheney Hurley of Carl Junction, MO, Tori >Davitt of Lincoln and Hanlon Williams of Whidbey Island, WA; and special friends, Vic Wright and Joyce Pippin and others at Village Park in Conway, AR.
