Renegades Squeek By Summerland

The CWC Renegades hosted Summerland for their first outing of the 2021-2022 basketball season and squeaked by the Bobcats by only two points.

The scoring was close the entire match with the Renegades leading at the half 13-12.

The game proved to be point for point until the end when the Renegades pulled off the win.

Makenna Pelster lead the Renegades with 21 points shooting five of eight from the field for 63 percent and eight of nine from the free throw line. Pelster had five rebounds and two steals; Cheyenne Pokorny six points, seven rebounds and three steals; Elli Metschke five points and four rebounds; Lizzie Gartner three points, seven rebounds and two steals; Annabel Waldo two points and one rebound.
