Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the O'Neill City Office, Attn: Sarah Sidak, located at 401 East Fremont, O'Neill, NE 68763, until Wednesday, March 11th, at 2:00 p.m., local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Adams Street: Removal and replacement of roadway pavement, sanitary sewer, and water main along Adams Street from 2nd Street to 4th Street.

Linden Estates: Construction of new roadway pavement along with installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main infrastructure within the Linden Estates development.

NOTICE

The Tri-County Bank, Stuart, Nebraska, intends to apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for permission to merge with Butte State Bank, Butte, Nebraska. As a result of the merger, the two banking offices of Butte State Bank in Butte, Nebraska and Spencer, Nebraska, will become branches of The Tri-County Bank, which will be the surviving bank of the merger. The effective date of the merger will be as soon as is practicable following required regulatory approvals. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated.
