Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Holt County, Nebraska, and in an action wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Jeffrey Trey Payne and Monique Elizabeth Payne, et al. are the Defendants, Case ID: CI 25 23.

I have levied upon the following property of described Defendant Jeffrey Payne et al.:

And will offer the same for sale to the highest bidder for cash subject to prior encumbrances. 

Said sale to begin at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15th day of April, 2026, at the Holt County Courthouse, 204 North 4th Street, west front lobby, O'Neill, Nebraska.

Payment in full is due to the Sheriff no later than 3 p.m. the day of the sale.  The highest bidder will deposit with the Sheriff the full amount of the bid, in cash.
