NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Holt County Board of Supervisors has scheduled a public hearing for the One and Six Year Road Improvement Program for Holt County. The hearing will be held at the Holt County Courthouse, in the County Board Meeting Room, in O’Neill, Nebraska, on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 11:15 A.M. Legislation enacted by a prior session of the Legislature requires each county and municipality to develop a one year program of road or street improvement and a long range plan for an additional five years. A public hearing is required in order that interested parties may be informed as to what improvements are planned during the succeeding five years.
