The hearing will be held at the Holt County Courthouse, in the County Board Meeting Room, in O'Neill, Nebraska, on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 11:15 A.M. Legislation enacted by a prior session of the Legislature requires each county and municipality to develop a one year program of road or street improvement and a long range plan for an additional five years.
