The City of O'Neill will receive sealed bids for the 2023 Sewer lining project until 6:30 pm, December 5th, 2022, at the City Offices located at 401 E. Fremont Street, O'Neill NE. At that time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

The Scope of Work for the Project includes Cleaning, CCTV, Lining of Sanitary Sewers, and Reinstatement of Sewer Laterals.
