YOU AND EACH OF YOUR DESCRIBED BELOW ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition has been filed in the Holt County District Court, Holt County, Nebraska, against you and each of you, which cause appears as Case No. CI25-75 in the records of the Clerk of the Holt County District Court of Holt County, Nebraska, the object and prayer of which Petition is for the foreclosure of tax liens on the real estate set out below on the respective cause of action.
