YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the following-described property will be sold by Gregory L. Galles, Successor Trustee, at public auction to the highest bidder in the main lobby of the Holt County Courthouse, 200 North Fourth Street, O'Neill, Nebraska, on January 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.:
